These Terms of Service outline the basic rules for using the Cherry Permits website and marketplace. They are starter website terms and should be reviewed by a legal adviser before production use.

Using The Platform

By using Cherry Permits, you agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information and avoid actions that may disrupt, misuse or compromise the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us if your details change.

Property Listings

Property owners and landlords are responsible for ensuring submitted property information is accurate and that they have the right to list or discuss the relevant property. Cherry Permits may review, request changes to, hide or remove listings where needed.

Documents And Uploads

Users must only upload files they are authorised to provide. Uploaded files may be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, safety and suitability. We may reject or remove documents that are incomplete, incorrect, inappropriate or unrelated to the marketplace process.

Publisher Interest And Agreements

Cherry Permits helps connect property owners and media publishers, but does not guarantee publisher interest, final lease terms, permit approvals, rental income or commercial outcomes. Any final agreement should be reviewed by the relevant parties and their advisers.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical issues. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability where permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

Cherry Permits owns or licenses the platform design, branding, software and content unless stated otherwise. Users retain rights in content they provide, but grant Cherry Permits permission to use it as needed to operate the marketplace.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
